ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Rejikumar Nair
Rejikumar Nair is the founder of 360SpeakUp, an AI-powered whistleblowing platform. The platform is offered as part of the outsourcing services provided by SkilledX BPO Services LLP.
With 15 years at KPMG Lower Gulf, Mr. Nair was one of the founding members of the Itisalat Al Nazahah team—a corporate whistleblowing client service under the KPMG Forensics Practice, established in 2009. There, he helped develop a multilingual whistleblowing platform that served international clients in five languages—English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, and Malayalam. His contributions significantly advanced the forensic hotline operations in the Lower Gulf region.

During this time, Mr. Nair collaborated with top-tier forensic practitioners and corporate forensic leaders, including professionals from the FBI, SAPS (South African Police Service), and other renowned institutions. This exposure helped shape his expertise in ethics and compliance. In 2010, he also received specialized training in Forensic Investigation and Technology from the KPMG South Africa team.
Following his forensic tenure at KPMG, Mr. Nair contributed to several innovation and technology projects within the firm. He later joined SkilledX as a technology innovation leader, where he developed 360SpeakUp—an AI-powered investigation platform that delivers forensic-grade reports in real time, blending his forensic background with cutting-edge technology.
Today, 360SpeakUp serves as the flagship service of SkilledX Business Process Outsourcing LLP, operating both locally and globally. It offers enterprise-grade compliance solutions built on Google Cloud infrastructure and powered by AI-driven investigative intelligence, transforming whistleblowing from basic reporting into a tool for strategic decision-making.
The platform is developed by Templifyr AI, the AI and automation division of SkilledX, led by Mr. Nair, and is part of the Google Cloud Startup Program.
